Due to the customized and time-bound nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been purchased.
1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)
All payments made for services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- CV building or rewriting services
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- Career consultations or strategy calls
- Job search guidance, templates, or digital resources
- Cohorts, programs, or advisory packages
Once a service is initiated, delivered, or resources are shared, the payment cannot be reversed.
2. Customized & Digital Services
Our services are:
- Personalized to each client
- Based on information shared by the client
- Delivered digitally and/or through live consultation
As a result:
- Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations.
- We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, delays in personal execution, or lack of desired outcomes.
3. No Job Guarantee Disclaimer
Dubai Career Consultants does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, placements, or visa outcomes.
We are a career consulting service and not a recruitment or placement agency. We provide strategy, positioning, tools, resources, recruiter outreach, and guidance, but final outcomes depend on factors including:
- Market conditions and demand
- Availability of suitable vacancies
- Employer and recruiter decisions
- Candidate qualifications, experience, and profile relevance
- Candidate execution and consistency
Refunds will not be issued based on job-search outcomes, including the absence of recruiter responses, interviews, job offers, or placements.
4. Revision & Support Policy (Where Applicable)
For services such as CV building or LinkedIn optimization:
- We may offer limited revisions if explicitly included in the purchased package.
- Revision requests must be shared within the communicated timeline.
- Requests outside the scope of the original service may be charged additionally.
Revision support does not qualify the service for a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error
- Payment made but the service has not been initiated at all
Any such request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment, and approval is at the sole discretion of Dubai Career Consultants.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Dubai Career Consultants directly regarding any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of services
- Blocking of access to applicable shared resources
- Appropriate recovery or legal action where permitted by applicable law
