These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Dubai Career Consultants (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website, booking a service, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered
Dubai Career Consultants provides professional career consulting, advisory, and digital services, including but not limited to:
- Dubai/UAE ATS-optimized CV building and rewriting
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- Career consultations and strategy guidance
- Job-search strategies, templates, guides, and resources
- Recruiter outreach and CV distribution
- Cohorts, workshops, masterclasses, and programs
- Interview preparation and career-related digital resources
All services are consultative, educational, and advisory in nature.
Dubai Career Consultants is a career consulting service and is not a recruitment, staffing, or placement agency.
2. No Guarantee of Employment or Results
We do not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Interviews or interview calls
- Recruiter responses
- Job offers
- Employment
- Visa approvals
- Specific salaries or compensation
- Any particular job-search outcome
Career outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control, including current vacancies, market conditions, employer requirements, candidate qualifications and experience, competition, recruiter and employer decisions, hiring timelines, and the client’s own job-search efforts.
Our role is to provide strategy, tools, resources, visibility, and guidance, not employment assurance.
3. Recruiter Outreach & CV Distribution
Where recruiter outreach or CV distribution is included in a purchased service or package, Dubai Career Consultants may share the client’s CV and relevant professional information with our internal network of recruiters and HR professionals.
Recruiter outreach is intended to increase the client’s visibility and forms only one part of the overall job-search strategy.
Please understand that:
- We do not apply to individual job vacancies on behalf of clients unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- We cannot guarantee that recruiters will review or respond to a CV.
- We cannot guarantee interviews, shortlisting, job offers, or placements resulting from recruiter outreach.
- Recruiter responses and hiring activity cannot be controlled or tracked by us.
- Recruiters or employers who find a profile relevant may contact the client directly.
- There is no fixed timeline within which a recruiter or employer must respond.
Clients are strongly encouraged to actively search and apply for suitable opportunities alongside recruiter outreach.
4. Payments & Pricing
- All applicable prices are communicated before purchase.
- Payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms communicated for the selected service.
- Prices, packages, inclusions, and promotional offers may change for future purchases without prior notice.
- Unless otherwise specified, payment does not constitute any guarantee of interviews, employment, or placement.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- No refunds are provided once a service has started, resources have been shared, digital products have been accessed, recruiter outreach has commenced, or consultations have been delivered.
- Change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, recruiter non-response, lack of interviews, or failure to achieve a desired employment outcome does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Share correct career, employment, education, skills, and background details.
- Review deliverables within the specified timelines.
- Implement recommendations and strategies where appropriate.
- Actively participate in applicable consultations, programs, or assignments.
- Independently identify and apply for relevant vacancies as part of your job search.
- Communicate directly with recruiters and employers who contact you.
We are not responsible for delays, missed opportunities, or outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the client.
7. Revisions & Scope of Work
- Revisions are offered only where included in the purchased service or package.
- Revision requests must be submitted within any timeframe communicated for the service.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Excessive, repetitive, or unreasonable revision requests may be declined.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content, materials, templates, strategies, scripts, recordings, guides, documents, courses, and resources provided by us remain the intellectual property of Dubai Career Consultants, unless otherwise stated.
They are provided for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, commercially exploit, or share our proprietary materials without prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We treat client CVs, professional information, career data, and private discussions with appropriate confidentiality.
Where a service includes recruiter outreach, the client acknowledges that relevant professional information and CV details may be shared with recruiters and HR professionals for the purpose of increasing professional visibility.
We are not responsible for information voluntarily disclosed by clients in community or group environments.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Dubai Career Consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for hiring decisions, recruiter responses, employer conduct, changes in vacancies, market conditions, or third-party decisions.
- Our total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may use or recommend third-party services and platforms, including video-conferencing platforms, messaging applications, Google services, job portals, social networks, and payment gateways.
Dubai Career Consultants does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, policies, technical interruptions, changes, or independent data-handling practices.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services in cases involving:
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
- Fraudulent or unethical conduct
- Misuse or unauthorized distribution of our materials
- Material violation of these Terms
Any refund entitlement following termination will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE, subject to any mandatory legal or consumer-protection requirements that may apply.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of our services following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
